Fabienne and François invite you to discover their little paradise in Avignon.

After 20 years in the restaurant business in Paris and Marseille, our children building their own life project, we decided to leave the urban world to live closer to nature.

After several visits, we really fell in love with the farmhouse “les cyprès de l’île” on the island of Barthelasse. It corresponds perfectly to our project of designing a warm, friendly place to receive our visitors.

We have been hunting for a long time, which allows us to create original decoration. This is also what gives the charm, atypical for some, of our guest room and our two gîtes.

As soon as we arrived, after a few diggings, a vegetable garden sprang up. Then chickens arrived to offer us fresh eggs every morning. We share our generous and gourmet cuisine, particularly with breakfasts in the guest room and our table d’hôtes (on request).
